This is about the Tokay Gecko featured in Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho last week. I really thought Tokay Gecko or Tuko in Filipino are dead scary lizardz, scaly and super ugly that I would want to beat it to death when I see one. The first time I see a tuko was at that evening show and I somehow felt guilty. LOL! Guilty over tuko?! Anyway, when I saw it, I thought, “Oh tuko doesn’t look so bad at all… and I think I want one too!” Hahaha! Seriously, I kinda felt like I want to own one, but if I could get rid of the disturbing famous Tuko trademark sound I think I will really get one, but because it’s not right and a danger to all Tuko species to own one, no thanks. I’m just happy that after 24 years of my life, I finally have seen one tuko and realize that it’s not that scary at all. It’s just funny that all along I believe it’s one scary amphibian that wants to eat my heart out and I even cover up my whole body everytime I hear tuko at night whenever I’m in our province. It’s a bit of relief for me hahaha!
Thanks KMJS for shedding sunshine. :) Minus 1 to the sum of my false belief, I don’t know how many but there are some. =)
